When we originate loans at ACF, we first identify the purpose of the loan. Is it a refinance, purchase, fix & flip, new construction? We then ask the client the most important question. How long do you need the loan for and what is the exit strategy? This determines what type of loan program we are going to propose, including term length.

There is no maximum loan limit. ACF funds loans through the largest lenders and institutions in the country and is partnered with one of the most active Family Offices in the U.S. for projects in excess of $250MM.
